VICTORIA – The Swearingen Report has been released for the 12 months ending November 2011. All the housing indicators are up except inventory, according to Lee Swearingen, president of Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
The market has moved from favoring buyers to favoring sellers. With inventories being so low, especially below $200,000, it is inevitable that Victoria will see prices moving up, according to the report.
The average days on the market for residential homes for the 12 months ending November 2011 was 125 — 1.6 percent longer than the same period last year.
